GB Ultras - Ultra Wales 50

Ultra Wales 50 is a challenging 51-mile mountain and trail race held in Coed-y-Brenin, Southern Snowdonia, Wales. Featuring 2,898 meters of ascent, the course includes iconic landmarks such as Cadair Idris Penygader (893m), Rhinog Fach (712m), Dolgellau, the Barmouth estuary, and the expansive Coed-y-Brenin forest. The event accommodates 500 runners with a 20-hour cut-off time and includes six checkpoints offering refreshments and medical support. Participants must carry mandatory safety kit and are tracked live online via GPS.
